Beautiful Day!

Today was such a BEAUTIFUL DAY! We had to get out of the house and enjoy it. I have been recovering from a 3-day head cold and Jason is still in the midst of one. All the while we are trying our darndest to ensure that our little guy stays healthy~especially since he has surgery in a couple weeks. We broke out the stroller and headed out for a walk. We all needed to soak in the sun and breathe in the fresh air. It did us good!

Christian and Mommy

Christian LOVES going for walks. He does not like to stop moving once we start. Oh yeah~fishy crackers are a MUST have now. We do not go anywhere without them.

Next we stopped by Uncle Casey's & Aunt Tita's house to say hello. Uncle Jamie was there too! Christian told them all who was number one.

When we arrived home Christian napped for about an hour while I bbq'd chicken and made faux-tatos. Jason worked on homework. I left the doors open from the kitchen to the deck and Emry and Cleo enjoyed the spring day too.

The light that filtered in to my kitchen was amazing. The word I want to use to describe it is 'comforting'. It was the kind of day today that makes you stop and just think how wonderful life is. How blessed are we to have a napping baby with fish crackers stuck to his pants. We have a cozy house and food in our freezer. We live a life that overflows with FAITH and LOVE. We live a life that I am absolutely CRAZY about!
